This sweet and nutty smoothie features many healthy ingredients to keep your body happy and healthy such as:
potassium which helps regulate blood pressure and fluid balance,
magnesium which supports muscles, nerves, and energy production
Calcium: contributes to bone health
Iron: supports oxygen transport
Zinc: immune health and wound healing

Ingredients:
2.5 large frozen bananas
5 dates
1.5 cups coconut milk (carton)
2 tbs hemp hearts
2 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp vanilla paste
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
Pop all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth! Add some more coconut milk if you like it more liquidy
