Ingredients:
1 1/5 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen berries (I do half blueberries and half strawberries)
2 dates (optional)
1 1/4 cup milk of your choice (I use regular dairy milk to avoid seed oils)
2 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp hemp seeds
Instructions:
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Then enjoy!
