My Story with Food

Cooking and creating recipes have been a joyful part of my life since I was eight years old, when my friends and I would host "fancy dinners" and compete to impress each other with our dishes. My skills have come a long way since those early experiments, and my passion for food has only grown.

 

During my teenage years I faced gastrointestinal issues (IBS-C) that opened my eyes to the power of holistic healing and the deep connection between what we eat & how we feel. 

This inspired me to study nutrition and the gut & brain axis so I could work with people dealing with the same issue as I know just how frustrating it is!
