To get started on your health journey, I have many options for you to explore. I offer nutritional advising sessions to get to know you and your health goals, this can be used in tandem with a meal plan to guide you through these impactful lifestyle changes.

My meal plan is based on a form you submit upon requesting your plan, which will tell me about your calorie needs along with any health issues you'd like to tackle as well as weight and body composition goals. This way I can create a meal plan tailored to your every nutritional need, and your personal tastes, which differentiates from most meal plans on the market!
My Story with Food
Cooking and writing exciting recipes has been a part of my life since I was 8 years old when my best friends and I started inviting each other over for fancy dinners as part of a cooking competition. Since then my cooking has improved quite a bit (no more strawberry and garlic salads), and I've studied nutrition to give advice and recipes based on an individuals needs and health issues. In my teenage years I developed severe gastrointestinal issues that led me to explore holistic healing and the effect food has on our health. It excites me to be living in a time where the body is being considered as a whole being and the importance of lifestyle choices has on our health.
